Food Safety Supervisor course in Canberra

In the ACT, all registered food businesses must appoint a Food Safety Supervisor, generally within 30 days of registration. A nationally recognised Statement of Attainment satisfies the requirement (the ACT also accepts some free non-accredited courses for this purpose).
The ACT requires approved food safety training to be completed every 5 years; a qualifying Statement of Attainment is valid for 5 years from the date of issue.
